What this is
The DMV Arts Guide is a curated directory of arts and dance studios built by Articulate Digital. This page explains what information is collected when you use this site and how it is used.
Information collected
Email address. If you subscribe for monthly updates using the email form on this site, your email address is collected through Formspree, a third-party form service. It is used only to send periodic updates about new studios added to the guide.
Studio suggestion emails. If you contact the guide to suggest a studio using the listed email address, your message and email address are received directly. This information is used only to evaluate and respond to your suggestion.
Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites. Aggregate data (pages visited, referrer, country) is collected to understand how visitors find and use the guide.
How your email is used
If you subscribe for monthly updates, your email will be used to send monthly announcements about new studios or significant changes to the guide.
Your email will not be sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose unrelated to the DMV Arts Guide.
Data sharing
Email subscriptions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
No other third parties receive your personal information.
How studios are listed
The DMV Arts Guide does not accept paid submissions or sponsored listings. Studios are selected and written by Articulate Digital only. No listing fees are charged and no fees are implied.
Removing your email
To unsubscribe from guide updates or request removal of your email, contact hello@articulatedigital.co with the subject line "Unsubscribe — DMV Arts Guide." Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the guide develops. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
